This information is used solely to operate our freight quoting and dispatch service.

Inman Group Freight is a non-asset-based freight brokerage operating as an independent agency of Freight Flex (MC 1214939). We operate the freight quoting portal at inmangroup.net and communicate with customers via SMS and email through our Relay assistant. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use our services:

Name, company name, email address, and phone number when you register or request a quote
Freight lane details: origin, destination, equipment type, weight, and cargo description
SMS and email message content when you communicate with our Relay assistant
Load and shipment information for freight you book through us

We collect limited technical information automatically:

Browser type, device type, and IP address when you use our portal
Pages visited and actions taken within the portal

How We Use Your Information

To generate freight rate quotes based on your lane and load details
To arrange freight transportation and communicate load status
To send rate quotes, booking confirmations, and shipment updates via SMS and email
To follow up on open quotes and send relevant freight market updates
To improve our pricing model and service quality over time

SMS Messaging

By texting our business number or providing your phone number through our portal, you consent to receive SMS messages from Inman Group Freight. Messages may include freight rate quotes, load status updates, booking confirmations, and follow-up communications related to your freight needs.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect any loads currently in transit.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No exceptions.

Email Communications

We use email for quote delivery, booking confirmations, load updates, and business correspondence. You may opt out of non-transactional emails by replying "unsubscribe" to any message. Transactional emails related to active loads will continue until the load is complete.

Information Sharing

We share information only as necessary to operate our brokerage:

Carriers: Shipment details (route, commodity, equipment) shared with carriers handling your freight
Freight Flex: As our operating authority (MC 1214939), Freight Flex may have access to load records we generate in the normal course of business
Technology subcontractors: We use Supabase (database hosting), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), and Google Maps (routing calculations) to operate our platform. These providers process data solely to deliver our service and are not permitted to use it for other purposes
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy — generally the duration of our business relationship plus three years. SMS conversation logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

Security
